In these Entry Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

 

Angelway: means ANGELWAY LIMITED (incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company registration number 1084520 whose registered office is at Leavesden Park Suite, 5 Hercules Way, Watford, Hertfordshire, England WD25 7GS) and their employees, personnel and anyone authorised by them.

 

Safari: means the Dog Safari at Rossway Park Estate

 

Your admittance to the Safari is subject to the following Entry Conditions:

 

• You accept that your dog is your responsibility at all times during your attendance on the Safari.

• You must ensure that your dog is supervised at all times.

• You must ensure that your dog is appropriately insured.

• You must ensure that your dog is fully vaccinated.

• You must not attend the Safari if your dog has suffered from vomiting, diarrhoea or any other illness within the 48 hours prior to your attendance.

• Your dog must have a collar, a tag identifying your contact details in the event of escape or loss, and be microchipped.

• Any Dangerous Dogs (as defined under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 and any supplementary legislation) are to be controlled and muzzled if necessary.

• Any Dangerous Dogs (as defined under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 and any supplementary legislation) are to be controlled and muzzled all time in the car before arriving and throughout the Safari & Estate. I understand that if I arrive with my dog not muzzled in the car, my booking will be cancelled and no refund provided.

• Your presence and that of your dogs are at your own risk and that save as provided for by s.2(1) Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, Angelway Limited accepts no responsibility and excludes all liability in respect of any loss, damage or injury to person or property sustained as a result of your and your dogs use of the Safari and any interaction with any other party admitted to the Safari.

• You must not damage or deface any part of the Rossway Park Estate.

• You must ensure that any faecal material deposited by your dog, and any personal waste, is placed in the receptacles provided by Angelway.

• You accept that use of the car park designated by Angelway is at the owner’s risk and that Angelway takes no responsibility for damage caused to any vehicle using the car park and no guarantee is given as to the security of your vehicles or any contents.

• Access over the Rossway Park Estate other than the Safari, the access road leading to the Safari and the car park designated by Angelway is prohibited.

• CCTV surveillance is in operation on our premises to ensure the security and safety of individuals and property.

• All recorded footage is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is only accessible to authorized personnel.

• The information captured by CCTV is used for security and monitoring purposes only and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law

 

Breach of the Entry Conditions may result in you, your dog and anyone within your party being removed from the Safari by Angelway without any right to a refund. This is without prejudice to any claim that we may have against you or arising out of your actions.
